Abstract: The problem of surgical treatment of acute cholecystitis remains one of the most urgent in emergency surgery of the abdominal organs. This is due to both an increase in the number of operated patients with complicated cholelithiasis, including elderly and senile patients, and the lack of a tendency to reduce the number of unsatisfactory outcomes of the operation.
