Abstract: المستخلص: يتناول البحث حقوق المرأة وفقاً لأحکام الشريعة الإسلامية الموثقة بالقرآن والسنة منذ أکثر من 1400 سنة ، وکذلک حقوق المرأة في المواثيق الدولية ، بالتطبيق على مستوى تمکين المرأة بالمملکة العربية السعودية ، ورؤية المملکة 2030، التي تضع تمکين وتعزيز دور المرأة ضمن أولوياتها ، إيماناً بدورها التنموي في النهوض بالمجتمع السعودي وتصحيحاً للمسار ، وأهم ما الاحداثيات التي اتخدتها المملکة نحو تمکين المرأة ، مختتمين بمجموعة من التوصيات البناءة.
