Abstract: The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of communication, work motivation, work discipline and infrastructure facilities on the employees' performance of Regional Disaster Management Agency on Tapin Regency South Kalimantan Province.This research is an explanatory research that explains an influence between variables through hypothesis testing.The samples of this study are 35 respondents.The research instrument used questionnaire.Analysis technique is multiple regression analysis.The result of the research shows that there is a significant and positive influence of communication, work motivation, work discipline and infrastructure facilities on the employees' performance of Regional Disaster Management Agency on Tapin Regency South Kalimantan Province.
