Abstract: However, despite its importance in rationalizing State expenditures, the "Eco-Jem" system is currently inaccurate on the ground.How can we work on the field activation of the "Eco-Jem" system and expand producer responsibility in Algeria in order to achieve a domestic economic resource?Our research intends to develop an effective and authentic field mechanism for the activation of the system in the field to increase the responsibility of the producer "Eco-Jem" in Algeria, in order to manage waste packaging and packaging.This is based on an examination of several international leading experiences in the sector, with the goal of rationalizing material resources and preserving raw materials.
