The Effectiveness of Learning Collaboratives in Healthcare Settings: A Systematic Review (Medline).
Year: 2022
Type: other
Abstract: This systematic review extended previous systematic reviews on learning collaboratives in healthcare settings (Nadeem et al., 2013, 2014; Schouten et al., 2008; Wells et al., 2018) by examining changes in specific service, client, and implementation outcomes in randomized controlled studies and non-randomized case studies that report tests of statistical significance with their results. Using a rigorous search strategy that largely replicated Nadeem and colleagues' methodology (2013, 2014), we searched 6 major databases for peer-reviewed studies of learning collaboratives in healthcare settings published prior to January 12, 2020. A total of 96 articles on 90 studies were included.
