Abstract: The article discusses the development of the system of preschool education, including the involvement of children in preschool educational institutions, the level and quality of their upbringing and education based on modern pedagogical and information and communication technologies, the creation of a healthy and prosperous generation - generalized opinions of the generation and recommendations for the formation are included. Pre-school education is the initial part of lifelong education. It contributes to the child becoming a healthy and developed personality, awakens in him a passion for learning and prepares him for systematic learning.
