Abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of job training, achievement and work motivation on employee performance at PT. Train (PERSERO) Divre III Plaju Palembang.The research method used is descriptive quantitative.The population in this study were 40 employees at PT Kereta Api (PERSERO) Divre III Plaju Palembang.While the sample in this study is the entire population used as a sample, considering the population is less than 100, the research sample at PT. Train (PERSERO) Divre III Plaju Palembang is as many as 40 people.The data analysis used was multiple regression analysis, denomination coefficient (), F test.The results of the study found that the value of the multiple regression constant was 0.927.From the results of the coefficient of determination shows the R Square value of 0.868 or 86.80% and the remaining 13.20% is influenced by other factors outside the variables studied.Due to the significant value for the variable , and smaller than 0.05, it can be concluded that partially there is a significant effect of job training, achievement and work motivation on employee performance at PT. Train (PERSERO) Divre III Plaju Palembang.
