Abstract: This research is a quantitative research, and the location of this research is UD. Macheasy Sidoarjo Cooking Seasoning. The population in this study were all UD employees. Macheasy's Seasoning Sidoarjo which has a total of 100 employees. The sample used is 100 people, using a total sampling saturation. used a questionnaire to collect data. With the help of SPSS data processing software, multiple linear regression was used for data analysis. The results showed that there was a partial effect of workload, compensation, and motivation on employee performance at UD. Macheasy Sidoarjo Cooking Seasoning.
