Abstract: This book is focussed on the preparation of tenders and the award and execution of a contract in conformity with the standard 'General Conditions of Contract'.However, these General Conditions require modification to comply with the Employer's specific requirements in respect of an individual project.These specific requirements are addressed in the supplementary FIDIC document titled 'Guidance for the Preparation of the Particular Conditions'.Two items require the attention of both Parties.
