Abstract: Retinoids have been reported to be efficacious in patients with sclerodermatous chronic graft-versus-host disease (cGVHD) and enhance T-regulatory cells in GVHD mouse models.1,2 However, to our knowledge, there is no literature supporting acitretin as treatment for superficial forms of cutaneous cGVHD. We present a case of extensive Grover’s disease and superficial cutaneous cGVHD treated successfully with acitretin.
