Abstract: Analytical interpretation is one of the methods of interpretation that commonly used by commentators. This paper studied the verse ٦ of Surat [An-Nisa'] which says "And he who is rich, let him abstain, and he who is poor, let him eat with kindness"The study sheds light on the meanings of Surat An-Nisa, and the analytical interpretation, as well as a statement of the reason for the revelation of the mentioned verse, and explanation of its meanings, its syntax, its rulings, and guidance taken from it.The research concluded that the noble verse came to explain the legal behavior in dealing with orphans' money, and the verse is most likely revealed in Madinah, which confirmed it's reason of revelation mentioned by Aisha, may Allah be pleased with her as stated in the true book of Albukhary (Sahih), and it is not part of the anondend (Mansukh) of the holy Qur'an.The mentioned verse divides the guardians into two parties; the rich and the poor, and based on that they can benefit from the money of the orphans, and that no one has the right to benefit except as much as the need for a loan, and this is evidence of the wise legislator's care for orphans. The interpreters , may Allah's mercy be upon them, differed regarding to the definition of "eating with kindness" mentioned in the verse as the right of the poor guardian, most of them agree that the guardian takes as much as he or she needs and returns it if it is easy ، The research recommends paying more attention to the analytical study of the Qur'anic verses and highlighting their gifts, and the miracles in them.
