Abstract: This research explores the purpose of creating love, and its importance lies in issues: the first: the subject's need for fundamental research and analysis; Because it was not fully researched by the researchers -according to my knowledge -, and the second: the people's need to realize the purpose of creating love and work with it in the reality of life, because of benefits resulting from that such as the unity of the Muslims voice, alliance, and the strength of Muslims.The third: the understanding of the scholars and the students of the purpose of creating love, and their keenness to apply that with the invitees and deepen it in people's hearts.This study included: an introduction, two chapters, a conclusion, and an index of sources.In the first topic, I discussed about the fundamental study of the purpose of creating love in terms of: its definition, the scriptural texts that recommended it, and the wherewithal for achieving it.The second topic included jurisprudential applications of the purpose of creating love, and it contains four sub-topics: first: spending zakat to create love, second: Presenting gift, third: exchanging greetings, and fourth: for a man to propose to a lady whom his Muslim brother has proposed to.Then I concluded this research with a conclusion in which I showed the most important results I had reached, and I also made an index of the sources
