Abstract: In this research we dealt with conservative and precautionary procedures For countering terrorism crimes During the preliminary investigation stage, and We divided it into four sections, We dealt in each of them section procedure of the most important of these procedures and it's; apprehension of persons and the custody of them, And pretrial detention, And a travel ban, And assets freeze to prevent their disposal or management.and The research focused on the comparison between the legislations of Egypt, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates and Morocco, in addition to France and Italy.and The research dealt with the position of these six legislations on setting up a procedural Special system for dealing with these procedures, and The research follows the most recent amendments introduced by these legislations to their procedural systems with regard to the subject of study.and The research showed that the Egyptian, Moroccan and French legislators are adopting a system of custody of those suspected of committing one of the terrorism crimes.And that the Egyptian legislator greatly expands the authority of the Public Prosecution office in this system, Unlike his French and Moroccan counterparts, And the opposite Saudi, Emirati, and ٧١٨ Italian lawmakers tend to maintain the apprehension system Stipulated in their criminal procedure laws With the expansion of the powers of the competent authorities With regard to terrorist crimes .and It turns out that most of the legislation Covered by the research It greatly expanded the period of pretrial detention permitted in terrorist crimes, Either in its total period or in the maximum period of pretrial detention at any one time, Despite this expansion, the French legislator It places great guarantees For the benefit of the reserve prisoner Especially judicial guarantees Which extended its scope to the greatest extent .and It emerged from the search That the two systems of prevention of travel and disposal of funds or management They found fertile ground in the investigation of terrorist crimes In most of the legislations subject to comparison, And if the degree of expansion differs in the introduction of them from one legislation to another.key words: Terrorism -preliminary investigationprecautionary procedures -custody of the suspect -police custody -preventive detention -renewal of preventive detention -travel bans -a ban on leaving the region -freezing of fundsprevention from disposing or managing funds.
