Abstract: تهدف الدراسة إلى البحث حول أثر تطبيق قواعد حوكمة الشركات على الأداء المالي في المؤسسات الاقتصادية،كما هدفت على معرفة مدى التزام المؤسسات محل الدراسة بقواعد الحوكمة، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم تصميم استبيان لغرض جمع المعلومات حول المؤسسات عينة الدراسة وقد تم تحليل البيانات و اختبار الفرضيات باستخدام البرنامج الإحصائي (SPSS). وبعد تحليل البيانات واختبار الفرضيات قد أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن حوكمة الشركات هي مجموعة من القواعد التي تنظم العلاقات المتبادلة بين الشركة وأفراد المصالح المختلفة في الشركة في إطار الشفافية،ولاحظنا المؤسسات محل الدراسة ملتزمة بتطبيق قواعد الحوكمة ، كما يوجد تأثير إيجابي لتطبيق قواعد الحوكمة( الإفصاح والشفافية ، مسؤوليات ومهام مجلس الإدارة، المساهمين والمعاملة المتساوية بينهم، وأصحاب المصالح) على الأداء المالي،حيث كان اكبر متوسط حسابي لعلاقة المؤسسة بأصحاب المصالح قد بلغ4.11. \nThe study aims to research the impact of the application of corporate governance rules on financial performance in economic institutions, as well as to know the extent to which the institutions studied adhere to governance rules. To achieve the objectives of the study, a questionnaire was designed and the data tested using the statistical program (SPSS). The study showed that corporate governance is a set of rules governing the mutual relations between the company and the individuals of different interests in the company within the framework of transparency, and we noted the institutions studied are committed to the application of governance rules, and there is a positive impact on the application of governance rules (disclosure and transparency, responsibilities and functions of the Board of Directors, shareholders and equal treatment among them, and stakeholders) on financial performance, where the largest mathematical average of the relationship of the institution with stakeholders was 4.11.
