Abstract: Dizziness was observed in 92.3% of patients of group 1 and in 85.2% of group 2, with a predominance of non-systemic, aggravated by head movements and often accompanied by nausea, sensations of sinking, rocking in bed, falling out of bed. Often dizziness depended on movements in the cervical spine. They arose in the form of seizures that developed acutely in the middle of the night or in the morning at the time of awakening under the influence of various adverse factors: forced posture of the head and neck, lying on an uncomfortable pillow, jerky movements of the head. The dizziness in this case could be so severe that the patient had to remain in bed, but even in this position, any attempt to turn his head was accompanied by a new paroxysm.
