Abstract: يهدف هذا البحث إلى دراسة أثر السياسة الشرعية في مصارف الزكاة، درست من المصارف أولا مصرف الفقراء والمساكين وخلاف الفقهاء فيما يستحقه الفقير والمسكين من الزكاة، وذكرت بعض التطبيقات المعاصرة لمصرف الفقير والمسكين، ثم ذكرت الأصناف الذين لا يستحقون الزكاة من سهم الفقراء والمساكين. ثم المصرف الثاني مصرف المؤلفة قلوبهم، ذكرت تعريفهم وحكم الزكاة لهم وتطبيقات معاصرة لمصرف المؤلفة قلوبهم. ثم المصرف الثالث مصرف في سبيل الله ذكرت فيه خلاف الفقهاء فيما يراد به مصرف في سبيل الله، وتطبيقات معاصرة لهذا المصرف. This research aims to study the impact of the legal policy on zakat banks, I studied from the banks first the poor and needy bank, and the differences of jurists regarding what the poor and needy deserve from zakat, and mentioned some contemporary applications of the poor and needy bank, then mentioned the types who do not deserve zakat from the share of the poor and needy. Then the second bank is the bank of those whose hearts are reconciled, I mentioned their definition and the rule of zakat for them and contemporary applications of the bank of those whose hearts are reconciled. Then the third bank is a bank for the sake of God, in which I mentioned the disagreement of the jurists regarding what is meant by a bank for the sake of God, and its contemporary applications of this bank.
