Abstract: Experiments on the formation of a lung wound with subsequent evaluation of the effectiveness of an anti-adhesion coating from cellulose derivatives were carried out on the basis of a multidisciplinary clinic of Samara State Medical University, Department of Surgery in 2020. White outbred rats in the amount of 30 individuals were used as experimental animals. In total, 2 series of experiments were performed - the control and experimental groups.
