This paper presents a mathematical model for calculating the height-time parameters of the neutral and ionic composition, velocities, temperature, described by a system of differential equations with a non-self-adjoint differential operator. Thus, the purpose of this work is the correct writing of a system of differential equations describing the mesosphere, thermosphere and ionosphere, as well as a method for solving them and checking the correctness of the results obtained, which is validation, verification, identification. As a result of the research, for these equations, by convolution, a homogeneous, conservative, difference scheme was written, numerically stable satisfying the maximum principle, built on the basis of the integro-interpolation method, which is solved by the sweep method. A block diagram for the numerical solution of these equations was written, which greatly facilitates the understanding of the entire structure of such a model and makes it possible to conduct a computational experiment for any user.
