Abstract: This study focused on the libraries and it's services. It deals with the types of information and stages, through which these information pass and the search dealt with the group of the library in details, and ltow to build it the supplying operation and some operation Which is mead by the library, research studied the group of central library in AL- Anbar university with abrief about the university and it's colleges the questionnaire is done and it's distribution to the users of the library for knowing their opinion and suggestions. the search achieved many results the first one is, there is no balance in the group. second, in the choice operation the colleges are not existent and I gave an essettial advice about that.
