Abstract: Aging adults are increasingly reliant on technology to connect and meaningfully participate in overlapping domains of life. To address the digital and connection literacy needs of 1.7 million North Carolinians aged 65 and older, digital inclusion programming should account for the interconnected social assets, needs, and motivations of this diverse population.
