Abstract: Today, the “go-to” approach, like the pathway approach, reflects a paradigm shift in public intervention. It is no longer a question of imposing a pre-established framework, but of taking into account the singularity of the person or of a target group at the local level in order to offer appropriate support based on expectations and needs. This territorial and population-based approach leads to a horizontal organization of public action and less distance from the people supported. This has led to a proliferation of consultation and coordination forums open to all actors in the field of social policy, including user representatives. The study aims to explore this extended collaboration and to propose ways of thinking about how to make these spaces places of common interest.
