Abstract: We are launching Academia Biology in the vaunted tradition of publishing in the biological and biomedical sciences to enhance the public sharing of experimental data and concepts.Peerreviewed papers reflect the rapidly advancing frontier of empirical knowledge in the field, as well as document our understanding of the natural world and the biological basis of human disease.Academia Biology will expedite documentation of new findings and stimulate new discoveries by following three core principles.Publishing in Academia Biology is (i) fast with quick turnaround times, and (ii) robust with an expert peer review process, while we ensure (iii) broad dissemination to a truly global audience of millions of Academia.edumembers and beyond.
