Abstract: MOV - 1727 KB, Acinar morphogenesis in parental MCF10A cells treated with rapamycin reveals absence of invasive protrusions into ECM. 54-hour time-lapse DIC imaging (roughly days 1-3 after plating) of parental MCF10A cells treated with rapamycin (200 nM). Invasive cytoplasmic protrusions into surrounding collagen-Matrigel ECM are absent.
