Abstract: Supplementary Figure 1. GO/GSEA/pathway analyses with our top candidates identified in the screen revealed that genes regulate cell adhesion are highly enriched. DAVID (the Database for Annotation, Visualization and Integrated Discovery) pathway analysis program was used to perform GO/GSEA/pathway enrichment analysis. The genes with sgRNA enrichment score above 5 were selected as the input for DAVID.
