Abstract: Chemical structures of PARPi-FL and [18F]PARPi. We developed a fluorescent ("PARPi-FL") (a) and 18F-labelled ("[18F]PARPi") (b) version of a PARP1 targeted small molecule, based on the structure of Olaparib23, 26, 27. Mouse and human PARP1 are orthologs, therefore PARP1 inhibitors bind to both with the same affinity.
