(B & C) 2 x 106 control and NRP-2 knockdown 786-O (B) and A-498 cells (C) were subcutaneously injected into nude mice. There was no significant different in the tumor volume between the control and NRP-2 knockdown groups in both 786-O and A-498 cells.
