A pathologist coded MET, p-MET, RON, and p-RON expression as the percentage of positive tumor cells (scale 0%-100%) with staining intensity from 0 to 3+. Positive IHC expression is defined as Scoring System. B. Phosphorylated MET was decreased modestly in LY2801653-treated mice in both A549 and H1993 studies. Moreover, in the treated arms of H1993, Phosphorylated RON was slightly decreased in LY2801653-treated mice.
