(B) Comparison of cell survival to AsiDNA in DT40 cells wild-type (WT; black) or PARP KO (red) alone (continuous line) or in combination with veliparib 1µM (blue discontinuous line). Survivals were monitored by ATPlite 1-step kit (72 hours after treatment) in various mutant DT40 cells as described in (36). Survival is expressed as % of non-treated cells. Results are represented as mean survival {plus minus} SEM for three independent experiments.
