Abstract: DSP identifies differences in immune marker expression between patients with high and low HLA-DR- macrophage density. DSP analysis of immune markers per total CD45 including CD3, CD4, CD8A, CD68, CD163 as well as immunosuppressive or checkpoint markers B7-H3, B7-H4, STING, VISTA, ICOS, and OX40L comparing patients with high and low density of HLA-DR- macrophages. Statistical analysis performed using Mann-Whitney U test. ***, p<0.001; **, p< 0.01; *, p<0.05; n.s., p{greater than or equal to}0.05.
