Abstract: WMP file - 834MB, The tumors in FC+ PIK3ca*+ mice exhibit high avidity for 124I-CLR1404. A mouse was injected with the imaging agent and then dual hybrid PET/CT colonography was performed. The agent was detected in all three tumors. This mouse is the same as shown in Figure 1, panels C and D. The agent was also detected in heart.
