Abstract: PDF - 195K, Supplementary figure 1 displays micronucleation of paclitaxel resistant NSCLC cells, fate mapping of micronucleated HCC366 cells, and the scheme and full data set results from the pan-genomic screen. Supplementary figure 2 provides raw data for the plot in Figure 2A, mRNA levels following knockdown, off-target analysis and mitotic defects induced by top scoring siRNAs in additional paclitaxel resistant NSCLC cell lines. Supplementary figure 3 displays mitotic transit time and western blots for target depletion in Figure 2C and D, proliferation rates for HCC366 and HBEC3KT cells and HCC366 dose curve for proTAME. Supplementary figure 4 exhibits the frequency of CASC1 amplification in human tumors, quantitation of data presented in 3B, live cell imaging in cells depleted of CASC1 and tubulin changes in HBEC3KT cells following CASC1 depletion. Supplementary figure 5 displays TRIM69's protein structure, E3 ligase activity, association with pericentrin, impact on mitosis and tubulin polymerization and protein interaction network as well as a quantitation of Figure 5C.
