Abstract: Figure S2. The protein levels of NRF2 and the phosphorylated form of the extracellular signal-regulated kinase (p-ERK; a readout of KRAS activation) in several lung cell lines. Cell lysates were subjected to immunoblot analysis with anti-Nrf2, anti-ERK and an antibody specific for phosphorylated ERK.
