Abstract: Supplemental Figure 2. A. Quantitative real time RT-PCR was used to determine expression levels of NOD1 in AGS cells stably transfected with a non-targeting shRNA or NOD1-specific shRNA. Three different single cell colonies (col) transfected with each shRNA were tested. Data are represented as fold NOD1 mRNA expression relative to the mean expression level in Non-targeting control cells. B. Quantitative real time RT-PCR was used to determine expression levels of TRAF3 in AGS cells transiently transfected with either non-targeting shRNA or TRAF3-specific shRNA. Bars represent the mean{plus minus}SEM of TRAF3 transcripts in cell transfected with TRAF3-specific shRNA relative to the mean expression level in cells transfected with non-targeting shRNA. Data are represented as mean{plus minus}SEM from 2 independent experiments.
