Abstract: Supplementary Figures S1-S2. Tumor-infiltrating MDSCs differentially express CA-IX and GLUT-1 (hypoxia markers) as compared to splenic MDSCs and hypoxia has no effect on miR-21, miR-155, miR-494, and miR-223 expression in splenic MDSCs ; miR-210 in MDSC did not alter their immune suppressive cytokine (IL-6 and IL-10) production and had no effect on PD-L1 .
