Abstract: The peak CTCAE of liver tests for HDCT subjects are shown above. Amongst HDCT, there were higher CTCAE grades for alkaline phosphatase (p<0.01) and total bilirubin (p=0.01) amongst subjects receiving hepatotoxic agents than non-toxic agents. No differences were seen in CTCAE scores for AST and ALT based on type of agent.
