Abstract: Supplementary Methods describe an alternative pipeline for measuring CTC phenotypic heterogeneity: the Pleomorphism index, which is further supported and depicted in Figures S5-S6. Figure S1 further describes and depicts the central hypothesis of the manuscript. Figure S2 shows the principal component analysis and k-means clustering used for phenotypic subtype classification. Figure S3 shows the correlation between Shannon index and other pre-therapy features. Figure S4 shows a multivariate analyses that excludes samples with Shannon index of 0.
