Abstract: Time-lapse movie showing blebbishield formation from apoptotic bodies of an apoptotic cancer cell. Human RT4P bladder cancer cells were subjected to undergo apoptosis using BE medium pH adjusted to 6.5 with lactic acid (lactate enhances blebbishield formation), and the apoptotic cells were subjected to time-lapse imaging.
