Supplementary Figure S3. Distribution of HPV types among CIN and ICC samples from Targeted, Deep Sequencing Reveals Full Methylation Profiles of Multiple HPV Types and Potential Biomarkers for Cervical Cancer Progression
Year: 2023
Type: supplementary-materials
Abstract: HPV types in CIN and ICC samples were determined by their read counts. For a sample to be considered positive for a specific HPV type, the proportion of mapped reads for that type had to be {greater than or equal to}15% of the total HPV read count. Two samples were the exception, as they were called positive for an HPV type with only 10% of the total HPV reads (due to identification of an integration event in that HPV type).
