Abstract: PDF file - 39K, HT29 PLX4720 resistant clone was treated with EGFR siRNA for 48 h, and then treated with 1�M PLX4720 for further two weeks. EGFR knockdown reduced sensitivity to PLX4720 by numbers of formed colonies (# P<0.01). The EGFR knockdown at 48h was shown by western blot.
