Abstract: Supplemental figure 1. THP-1, NOMO1, OCI-AML3 and U937 cell lines were transduced with CTRL shRNA or PKCε shRNA_1, or PKCε shRNA_2 and analyzed for (A) PKCε expression by Western Blot analysis 4 days after transduction or (B) cell growth every 2 days by MTS analysis (Day 4, CTRL shRNA vs. PKCε shRNA_1 or _2. ***p{less than or equal to}0.001;****p<0.0001). (C) Five days after transduction, cells were stained with Annexin V and analyzed by flow cytometry. Data are represented as the mean {plus minus} SD of three technical replicates. (***p{less than or equal to}0.001;****p<0.0001). (D) Seven day after transduction, THP-1 and OCI-AML3 were analyzed by flow cytometry for CD11b expression (***p{less than or equal to}0.001;****p<0.0001). (E) Wright - Giemsa staining of THP-1 infected with CTRL shRNA or PKCε shRNA_1 and analyzed 7 days after infection (100X magnification - bar = 100ïm)
