Abstract: Droplet digital PCR (ddPCR) detected the KRAS mutation in peripheral blood cells (PBC, A) but did not detect the EGFR driver mutation (B). Highly sensitive next-generation sequencing (NGS, C) confirmed the presence of the KRAS G12D mutation in PBC and cellular subpopulations (D) at a similar allelic fraction (AF) as found with ddPCR.
