Abstract: Figure S4 shows CACNA1C and CD20 expression and their association with rituximab response in DLBCL cell lines.(A and B) CACNA1C and CD20 mRNA expression were different among OCI-ly3, OCI-ly7, and OCI-ly8 cell lines (p<0.05). (C-E) CACNA1C and CD20 protein expression were also different among three cell lines detected using flow cytometry and western blot, which concordant with their mRNA expression. (F and G) Rituximab induced significant apoptosis in OCI-ly7 and OCI-ly8 compared to OCI-ly3 cell line (p<0.05).
