Abstract: Figure S6 shows the knockout of CACNA1C using CRISPR/Cas9 system.The expression of CACNA1C was knockout using its sgRNA1 and 5 CRISPR/Cas9 system, which resulted in the obvious apoptosis of these edited cells.
