Abstract: Figure S5 shows the influence of L-type calcium channel modulators on rituximab-mediated calcium influx and CD20 expression.(A) Nimodipine weakened rituximab-induced increase of intracellular calcium ions, whereas Bay K8644 enhanced it in OCI-ly3 and OCI-ly7 cell lines (p<0.05). (B) Neither nimodipine nor Bay K8644 influenced CD20 protein expression after treatment of 24 h and 48 h.
