Abstract: Re-expression of RIPK3 induces necrosis of RIPK3-negative MM cells. M8, M12, M17 and MSTO211H cells were transduced with control WPI lentivirus or WPI lentivirus expressing RIPK3 cDNA for 24 hours before seeding in 96-well plates and assaying for cell viability (MTS assay) and release of LDH, an indicator of necrosis. Cells were assayed 48 hours post-seeding.
