Abstract: Efficiency of infection of MM cell lines infected with a pWPI lentivirus that expresses GFP marker alone (pWPI, control) or with a pWPI lentivirus that expresses both GFP and either RIPK3 WT or RIPK3-KD. Representative images indicate efficiency of infection of RIPK3-negative MM cell lines M8 and M22. Photographs of GFP fluorescence and combined GFP plus brightfield were taken 24 h after the initiation of infection. Note that most cells infected with pWPI-RIPK3 WT were floating, dead cells.
