Abstract: Immunoblot analysis demonstrating re-expression of wild type (WT) or kinase dead (KD) RIPK3 in four RIPK3-negative human MM cell lines after infection with lentivirus for 24 h. MM cell lines were infected with pWPI lentivirus that expresses GFP alone or with pWPI lentivirus that expresses both GFP and either RIPK3 WT or RIPK3-KD.
