C8161.9Vector cells were treated with conditioned media collected from C8161.9Vector , C8161.9KFM, and C8161.9 cells for 24 hours. The expression of v-ATPase subunit V0D2 and V1G3 in C8161.9Vector, C8161.9KFM, and C8161.9 cells were then examined by qRT-PCR. Values are means plus-minus SD of triplicate measurements. P values are based on a twosided Student's test.
