Supplementary Figure S2. Probability density of proportion of mapped reads in HPV-negative samples from Targeted, Deep Sequencing Reveals Full Methylation Profiles of Multiple HPV Types and Potential Biomarkers for Cervical Cancer Progression

Year: 2023
Type: supplementary-materials
Abstract: To determine HPV types using read counts, we estimated the proportion of mapped reads of HPVs in each sample. As seen in the plot of probability density, the chance of a proportion of mapped reads in HPV-negative samples being larger than 15% is <5%. The proportion of mapped reads and their probability density in HPV-negative samples are represented by the peak on the left, while the 15% mark is denoted by the line to the right of this peak.
