Abstract: PDF file - 109K, Induction of apoptosis in MPM cell lines transfected with Ad-miR-34b/c. Flow cytometric analysis showed apoptosis induced by Ad-miR-34b/c in MPM cell lines. Cells were infected with Ad-Luc (control), Ad-miR-34b/c or Ad-p53 for 72 hours and sub-G0-G1 DNA content was measured by propidium iodide stain and flow cytometric analysis.
